Mam Hael is a 724-metre (2,375 ft) Graham in Argyll and Bute, Scotland. It is also known as Beinn Bhreac. It rises 159 m above the surrounding cols. The summit is marked by a rock 15m E of cairn on rock. It also counts towards the Marilyn, Simm lists.
