Helm Crag is a 405-metre (1,329 ft) Wainwright in Westmorland and Furness, England. It rises 70 m above the surrounding cols. The summit is marked by a rock tor known as 'Howitzer'. It also counts towards the Birkett, Synge, Fellranger lists.
